Relais Desserts is a key association among industry leaders.
Created in France in 1981, this association comprises the world’s top 100 pastry chefs. Two gatherings are organized every year: the Autumn Seminar and the International Relais Desserts assembly in the spring.
The biggest names from Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Japan are all on hand. They exchange information on new products, tools of the trade, working methods and recipes each of them has personalized.
These events serve to strengthen the passion for pastry, the demand for quality, attention to detail, search for excellence, an embrace of others, mutual respect, sincerity and openness to critique.
